All engines and transmissions sold by us are used parts and may show normal signs of prior use, including surface rust, corrosion, minor cosmetic damage, small cracks, dents, scratches, or other external imperfections. These conditions are considered normal for used parts and are not covered under warranty.
Our warranty applies strictly to internal long-block failure or damage as specifically stated in the applicable warranty terms. The warranty does not cover external components, accessories, sensors, electrical components, seals, gaskets, hoses, wiring, brackets, manifolds, or other attached parts unless expressly stated otherwise.
Installation is required before any warranty claim can be considered. The engine or transmission must be properly installed in the intended vehicle by a qualified professional. A warranty claim cannot be initiated based solely on inspection of the part before installation.
Any warranty claim must be supported by appropriate documentation demonstrating that the covered long-block failure occurred after proper installation and operation of the part.
By purchasing a used engine or transmission, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the part is pre-owned and may have normal signs of wear, rust, corrosion, or minor external imperfections that do not affect the covered warranty.
Shipping carriers, timelines, and delivery requirements are confirmed at the time of order based on the parts involved and your destination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BS Auto Motives is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any information published here.
